What is input-lirc-helper?
The input-lirc-helper tool helps you to create a input-lirc from your lircd.conf, so you can use your lirc remote control for MMS too.

Installation:
Installation and configuration:
- Download the latest version
- extract it into a folder of your choise.
- run it (it's selfexplaining)
- copy your freshly created input-lirc.new to /etc/mms, and rename it to input-lirc

- quit with saving
- reread input-lirc.tmp (use it as undo)

Restrictions/Bugs:
- it's new, so quite buggy i guess. Automapper will be improved over time
- Automapping is preliminary, and will probably change in order to have better mappings
